Election of the Board of Directors, Thursday, July 16th, 2020
Members may vote for candidates in one of two ways: (1) online using an electronic ballot (the link will be available on this website on election day, July 16th); (2) paper ballot.
Both the online and paper ballot options will include the same required registration, list of candidates, and instructions for voting.
Members are encouraged to use the simple, secure online option!
Online voting will be open on July 16th from 6:30 PM to 12 midnight. Ballots time-stamped. Ballots submitted outside of this time period will not be counted.
For technical help with the online voting, members may call 530-ENA-VOTE (530-362-8683) from 6:30 PM to 10 PM on July 16th.
Alternately, members may use a paper ballot. You will be able to download the paper version from the ENA website and printed.
NOTE: If members lack access to a computer and printer, they may call 530-ENA-VOTE (530-362-8683) to request a ballot to be delivered to their Eastmoreland address. The phone line for ballot requests will be open from noon July 14th to noon July 15th.
Paper ballots must be deposited in a ballot box located near the front entrance of Duniway School. The ballot box will be open only from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM on July 16th. Please wear a mask and observe proper social distancing when voting in person.
The ballot box will be attended by representatives of the ENA and SE Uplift.
As in prior years, SE Uplift will review and tabulate the voting, report the results to the ENA, and retain all voting records for five years.
The agenda for the meeting along with names of known candidates will be distributed via email and website at least seven days in advance of the meeting.
See the Bylaws link for eligibility requirements.
