The ENA Land Use Committee has sought to better understand the conditions that have created opportunities for lot subdivisions in our neighborhood. This is an ongoing analysis that includes understanding the City of Portland’s residential zoning code and related policies and documents. This analysis and dialogue with the City is ongoing.
