The City of Portland’s Bureau of Development Services is holding a public hearing on the rezoning and partition of a lot at 3058 SE Woodstock Blvd. in order to replace the existing house with two larger houses.
The developer is seeking approval from the City of Portland for this proposal and public testimony is encouraged. The draft staff report recommending approval is posted at www.portlandoregon.gov/bds/article/474102.
The Eastmoreland Neighborhood Association Board is on record opposing this zone change and is working on a number of fronts to curb ongoing speculative land divisions and the resulting demolition of existing housing in the neighborhood.
