Steve Kilduff - Incumbent

Retired high school principal; completing second year as co-chair of the Land Use and Livability Committee.
Short description and interests:
I ended my 34-year career in education as a high school principal. Hobbies include dogs and old cars. I want to maintain Eastmoreland as a unique, marvelous place to live.

Rob Walton – Incumbent

Semi-retired; work part time on salmon recovery and beaver habitat, volunteer for Meals on Wheels & BikeMS fundraiser 8 years.
Short description and interests: I'm running for re-election after serving one term. I chair the Emergency Preparedness and Nominations committees and will lead the Crystal Springs Dam work group.

Shawn Allison

I’m interested in the Safety Committee—using my knowledge of BDS. I moved to Eastmoreland in 2021. I am an HR Director for Kaiser Permanente.

Short description and interests: I believe in the civic value of public service and would like to practice that ethos in the neighborhood. I would like to continue leading and advising the Tree Committee.

We moved to Eastmoreland in 2017 because of the trees and charming homes. We have three dogs, so we walk frequently though our beautiful neighborhood;and we love our neighbors!

Retired teacher/technical writer. Active PTA and classroom volunteer in Austin, TX for 15 years. Grant writing for Sustainable Food in Austin. Currently on the fundraising committee for the Native American Youth Association (NAYA).
Short description and interests: Though we’re newcomers, my family chose Portland and Eastmoreland as our new home. I want to establish deeper roots here, and I’m open to participate wherever there’s a need.
