Development Committee
Purpose:
The purpose of the Development Committee is to carry out charitable events and activities that raise funds to support the mission of the Eastmoreland Neighborhood Association.
Projects and Activities:
The committee plans to carry out a variety of new fundraising projects, as well as support the ongoing activities of other ENA committees. In addition to the traditional solicitation of donations, current fundraising projects include the production and sale of ENA merchandise (tee shirts, hats, etc.) and the sale of donated items during the ENA Summer Garage Sale. Other potential activities include a Reed College Place Parkway fundraising event, an online auction, a wine tasting event and other fun activities. We are also exploring the how to compete and receive grants for specific ENA supported actions, such planting new trees, improving traffic and pedestrian safety, and preserving the historical character of the neighborhood
